Written Rules. The Sheriff agrees that all work rules shall be reduced to writing and a copy provided to the Union President, or designee, at least five (5) working days in advance of the implementation or enforcement of the work rule, unless an emergency would prevent such preliminary notice.
Written Rules. The Supervisory Board shall, as soon as practicable after the establishment of a committee of the Company, adopt written procedural rules or regulations for such committee.
