Investor Response definition

Investor Response has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2(a)(i).
Investor Response has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Investor Response in a sentence

  • Offeror shall notify each Eligible Holder that submitted an Investor Response of its acceptance or rejection of the Investor Terms within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Investor Response (the "Acceptance Period").
