Child with special needs means a child with one or more of the following conditions:
Coordinated with means that goods or services provided for the benefit of a
Disinterested witness means a witness other than the spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild, grandparent, or guardian of the individual who makes, amends, revokes, or refuses to make an anatomical gift, or another adult who exhibited special care and concern for the individual. The term does not include a person to which an anatomical gift could pass under Section 44‑43‑350.
Blockchain means a digital ledger or database which is chronological, consensus based, decentralized and mathematically verified in nature;
Developed with mixed funding means development was accomplished partially with costs charged to indirect cost pools and/or costs not allocated to a government contract, and partially with costs charged directly to a government contract.
Working With Children Check or WWCC means the process in place pursuant to Relevant Legislation to screen an individual for fitness to work with Children. Relevant checks and authority
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.
Commercial sexual activity means any sex act or sexually explicit performance for which anything of value is given, promised to, or received by any person and includes, but is not limited to, prostitution, participation in the production of pornography, and performance in strip clubs.
Commercial Fishing Worker means Commercial fishing worker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.
Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;
Financial Crime Risk Management Activity means any action to meet Compliance Obligations relating to or in connection with the detection, investigation and prevention of Financial Crime that the Bank or members of the HSBC Group may take.
Aftercare means care, treatment and services provided a patient, as defined herein, on convalescent status or conditional release.
Child with a disability means a child who, by reason of any of the following, needs special education and related services:
Implement of husbandry means a vehicle that is designed for agricultural purposes and
Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.
Air gap separation means the unobstructed vertical distance through the free atmosphere between the lowest opening from any pipe or faucet supplying water to a tank, plumbing fixture, or other device and the flood level rim of the receptacle.
Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
Business Case means the written reasoning behind the initiation of a Procurement Project, prepared in the form set out in Part 1 of the Procurement Project Plan at Appendix A of the Procurement Project Planning Protocol.
