IP Buyer definition

IP Buyer means mCore International, Inc., a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington;
IP Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
IP Buyer means the Buyer designated in this Agreement to purchase the Purchased IP under this Agreement and/or the Intellectual Property Agreement, as applicable;
