IP Charge definition

IP Charge or “IP Charges” means the monthly charges payable by Customer in connection with public static IP addresses or public dynamic IP addresses more fully described in §6 of this Attachment.
IP Charge means the figure resulting from the Infrastructure Provider’s calculation of the IP Allowed Revenue pursuant to the Project Licence, as notified to the Appointee pursuant to the Project Licence and Revenue Agreement;
IP Charge or “IP Charges” means the monthly charges payable by Customer in connection with publicstatic IP addresses or public dynamic IP addresses more fully described in §6 of this Attachment.

Examples of IP Charge in a sentence

Related to IP Charge

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2; "Core Operational Period" in relation to any part of the Network, means the period of the day when that part is generally open to train movements;

The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.

  • Pharmacist-in-charge means a pharmacist currently licensed in good standing who accepts responsibility for the operation of a pharmacy in conformance with all laws and rules pertinent to the practice of pharmacy and the distribution of drugs, and who is personally in full and actual charge of the pharmacy and all personnel.
