IP Guarantor definition

IP Guarantor means Acreage IP Holdings, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, and its successors and permitted assigns.

  • U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor means each U.S. Subsidiary which has executed and delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent the U.S. Subsidiary Guaranty (or a supplement thereto).
