IPD Team Member definition

IPD Team Member are defined in Section 3.1.

  • In the event such Subcontractor, Supplier or Non-Risk Pool IPD Team Member fails to correct such Deficient Work, the initial Core Team shall cause the correction of such Deficient Work, the cost of which shall be reimbursed as a Cost of the Work and subject to the limitation of liability in Article 28, provided always that any steps taken by the initial Core Team in this regard does not relieve the Subcontractor, Supplier or Non-Risk Pool IPD Team Member from its obligations.

Related to IPD Team Member

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;
