  • The JDC shall meet in accordance with a schedule established by mutual written agreement of the Parties no less frequently than once every three (3) months until, on a Research Program-by-Research Program basis, the end of the period specified in Section 3.5. The JDC may meet by means of teleconference, videoconference or other similar means, as jointly determined by the Parties.
