IPO Stock Option definition

IPO Stock Option means any Stock Option that is granted as of the IPO Pricing Date.

  • If, during the period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date, the Company consummates a Change in Control while Executive remains continuously employed in good standing as CFO, and provided that Executive has not earned the right to receive the Qualifying IPO Stock Bonus Award or the Qualifying IPO Stock Option Grant under Section 3(c), the Company shall pay Executive a change in control bonus of $400,000 in a lump sum payment within 5 business days of such change.

  • The IPO Stock Option shall be governed in all respects by the terms and conditions of the 2010 Plan.
