IR Period definition

IR Period means the period commencing on the date on which a student receives the IR Letter and ending seven (7) days thereafter.

Examples of IR Period in a sentence

  • If a student wishes to submit an IR in the year in which the student would otherwise graduate, he or she must submit a signed and completed IR Form to the Vice Chair for Investigations not later than the Wednesday before Final Exercises (or four (4) days before the applicable degree-conferral date in any semester other than the spring), or within the IR Period, whichever is sooner.

  • Requests for a Hearing on CMD during the IR Period shall be handled in the manner described in Section III.B.9.

  • If the reported student indicates that they do not intend to submit an IR, or allows the IR Period to expire without submitting an IR, the investigation shall resume promptly.

  • As more particularly described in Section III.B.2, above, the investigation shall pause upon delivery of the IR Letter until the earlier of (a) the date on which the reported student submits an IR, (b) the date on which the reported student indicates that they do not intend to submit an IR, or (c) the expiration of the IR Period.

  • If the reported student indicates that he or she does not intend to submit an IR, or allows the IR Period to expire without submitting an IR, the investigation shall resume promptly.

  • As more particularly described in Section III.B.2, above, the investigation shall pause upon delivery of the Notice Letter until the earlier of (a) the date on which the reported student submits an IR, (b) the date on which the reported student indicates that he or she does not intend to submit an IR, or (c) the expiration of the IR Period.

  • Following the expiration of such seven- (7-) day extension, the IR Period shall expire.

  • The Group recorded a net addition to opening equity of $1,781,396 as at January 1, 2018 being the cumulative impact of adopting Topic 606 net of tax, primarily due to recognition of revenue on contingent contracts related to audit and recovery services.

  • As more particularly described in Section III.B, above, if the reported student indicates that they do not intend to submit an IR or allows the IR Period to expire without submitting an IR, the investigation shall promptly commence.

  • If a reported student elects to request a Hearing on CMD prior to the expiration of the IR Period, and if such Hearing on CMD is denied or such Hearing on CMD is granted but there is no finding of CMD, then such student may request an extension of the IR Period in which to subsequently submit an IR, such extended period to commence on the date such student receives notice of the outcome of the CMD process and continuing for seven (7) days thereafter.

  • Prior Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Cover Period means the period from the cover start date to the cover end date.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • PAGA Period means the period from February 29, 2020, to September 16, 2022.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a period of twelve consecutive months determined on a rolling basis where a new twelve month period begins on the first day of each calendar month.

  • Four Quarter Period has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”

  • Winter Period means the period in each year commencing on 1 June and ending on 30 October;

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Annual Period has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(e).

  • extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • Summer Period means the June, July, August, and September billing months. “Winter Period” means the December, January, February, and March billing months. “Transition Period” means the April, May, October, and November billing months.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
