IR Letter definition

IR Letter means the letter, addressed to the student, which letter (a) sets forth a general description of the Act which is the subject of an Honor Report, (b) includes the IR Information, which shall be provided as an attachment to the IR Letter, (c) describes, in general, the investigation and hearing procedures of the Honor Committee, and (d) outlines the opportunity and conditions for submitting an IR.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the student’s right to file an IR, as described in Article V, Section 6 of the Honor Committee Constitution and in Section III.B.2 of these By-laws, shall continue through the period ending seven days following the receipt by the student of the IR Letter.
