Notwithstanding the foregoing, the student’s right to file an IR, as described in Article V, Section 6 of the Honor Committee Constitution and in Section III.B.2 of these By-laws, shall continue through the period ending seven days following the receipt by the student of the IR Letter.
The completed IR Form must be submitted to the Vice Chair for Investigations not later than seven (7) days after receiving the IR Letter (the “IR Period”).
