Winter Period definition

Winter Period means the period in each year commencing on 1 June and ending on 30 October;

Winter Period. Defined in Edison's Tariff Schedule No. TOU-8 as now in effect or as may hereafter be authorized by the Commission.

Winter Period means the period commencing at 05:00 hours on 1 October in the Service Year and ending on the Service End Date.

• The Winter Period shall be the months of November through April inclusive.

• A customer receiving service under this rate must have annual usage greater than 10,000 therms and less than or equal to 100,000 therms and a Winter Period usage less than 67% of annual usage as determined by the Company’s records and procedures.Character of ServiceNatural gas or equivalent will be supplied at a thermal content of nominally one (1) therm in each one hundred (100) cubic feet.

• Once elected, customers must remain on the Program for the duration of the Winter Period, unless service is terminated.

More Definitions of Winter Period

Winter Period means the five month period from November 1 to and including March 31 included in the Determination Period.
