IRB Lease Agreement definition

IRB Lease Agreement means one or more Lease Agreements to be entered into by and between Eddy County and Summit Permian with respect to the Eddy County Project.
IRB Lease Agreement means the Lease Agreement dated as of December 1, 1994, between the City of Lebanon, Kentucky, a city and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and Borrower, as assignee of Seller thereunder pursuant to the terms of the IRB Assignment Documents.
IRB Lease Agreement means that certain Lease Agreement dated October 1, 1997 between County of Dodge, Nebraska and US Borrower, as in effect on the date hereof.
