Irish Debenture definition

Irish Debenture means that certain Irish law debenture (including any and all supplements thereto), dated as of the Closing Date, between the Parent and the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties.
Irish Debenture means an Irish law governed debenture, entered into by the Loan Parties that are incorporated in Ireland in favor of the Collateral Trustee pursuant to which such Loan Parties create fixed and floating charges over their respective assets located in Ireland, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Irish Debenture means the debenture dated 18 June 2015 made among Parent, the Lead Borrower, Jazz Ireland, Jazz Financing I and Jazz Financing II and the Collateral Agent pursuant to which the Parent, the Lead Borrower, Jazz Ireland and Jazz Financing I and Jazz Financing II created fixed and floating charges over their respective assets located in Ireland.
