ISM SMS definition

ISM SMS means the safety management system which is required to be developed, implemented and maintained under the ISM Code;
ISM SMS means, in relation to a Ship, the safety management system for such Ship which is required to be developed, implemented and maintained under the ISM Code;

ISM SMS means, in relation to the Ship, the safety management system for the Ship, which is required to be developed, implemented and maintained by the Borrower under the ISM Code;
