Issue Size means the total number of equity securities offered to the Accredited Investors;
Issue Price means the price at which a Unit is purchased from the Partnership, after taking into account any sales commission or underwriting discount charged to the Partnership.
Issue means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, to issue or to extend the expiry of, or to renew or increase the amount of, such Letter of Credit; and the terms "Issued," "Issuing" and "Issuance" have corresponding meanings.
Initial Issue Price means the price (excluding any Preliminary Charge) per Share at which Shares are initially offered in a Fund during the Initial Offer Period as specified in the Supplement for the relevant Fund;
First Issue Date means the date on which the Issuer issues a Series of Covered Bonds for the first time pursuant to the Programme;
Issue Date means the first date on which the Notes are issued under this Indenture.
Series Issue Date means the date of issuance of the Initial Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Series A Issue Price means $39.2253 per Series A Preferred Unit.
Initial Issue Date means the date of the first issue of Units, which shall be the Business Day immediately before the Listing Date.
Original Issue Price means (i) $0.25 per share for the Series A Preferred Stock, (ii) $0.6472 per share for the Series B Preferred Stock, (iii) $2.36143 per share for the Series C Preferred Stock, (iv) $5.83627 per share for the Series D Preferred Stock, (v) $9.90217 per share for the Series E Preferred Stock and (vi) $13.70879 per share for the Series F Preferred Stock (each as subject to adjustment from time to time for Recapitalizations and as otherwise set forth elsewhere herein).
Series B Original Issue Price means with respect to the Series B Preferred Shares, an amount per share equal to US$1.43854 (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any share dividend, share split, combination or other similar recapitalization affecting the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares).
Series C Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series C Preferred Stock was issued.
Common Issue means: Did the Settling Defendants conspire to fix, raise, maintain, stabilize, control, or enhance unreasonably the prices of currency purchased in the FX Market?
Original Issue Discount of any Security means the difference between the Issue Price and the Principal Amount of the Security as set forth on the face of the Security.
Series B Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.
Records Issue Date or "RID" means the date that all design and assignment information is sent to the necessary service implementation groups.
Original Issue Discount Note means a Note which has a stated redemption price at the Stated Maturity Date that exceeds its Issue Price by more than a specified de minimis amount and which the Supplement indicates will be an “Original Issue Discount Note”.
Yield to Maturity means the yield to maturity, computed at the time of issuance of a Security (or, if applicable, at the most recent redetermination of interest on such Security) and as set forth in such Security in accordance with generally accepted United States bond yield computation principles.
Series A Original Issue Price means $0.71 per share, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock.
Original Issue Discount Securities means any Securities that are initially sold at a discount from the principal amount thereof and that provide upon an Event of Default for declaration of an amount less than the principal amount thereof to be due and payable upon acceleration thereof.
Tax Original Issue Discount means the amount of ordinary interest income on a Note that must be accrued as original issue discount for United States Federal income tax purposes pursuant to U.S. Treasury Regulation section 1.1275-4.
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Original Issue Discount Security means any Security which provides for an amount less than the principal amount thereof to be due and payable upon a declaration of acceleration of the Maturity thereof pursuant to Section 502.
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.
Series D Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series D Preferred Stock was issued.
SWPPP means storm water pollution prevention plan to be completed as a condition of this permit (see Part IV of this permit).
