Issuer Accounts Deed of Charge definition

Issuer Accounts Deed of Charge means the deed of charge of bank accounts entered into between the Issuer and the Issuer Security Trustee dated on or about the Signing Date and as further amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Issuer Accounts Deed of Charge means the deed of charge of bank accounts entered into between the Issuer and the Issuer Security Trustee dated on or about the Signing Date.

Related to Issuer Accounts Deed of Charge

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Bond Trustee Fee Agreement means the agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee relating among other things to the fees to be paid by the Issuer to the Bond Trustee for its obligations relating to the Bonds.
