• The Current Issuer Corporate Services Provider shall be entitled to charge and receive remuneration in accordance with its usual charging policies for any legal advice initiated by and rendered to any SPV Company, subject, in the case of any SPV Company, to the limited recourse provisions set out in Clause 7.
