Issuer Dutch Account definition

Issuer Dutch Account means the account in the name of the Issuer with F. van Lanschot Bankiers N.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Issuer Dutch Account means an account in the name of the Issuer with F. van Lanschot Bankiers N.V. at its Rotterdam branch, The Netherlands, into which, inter alia, the Euro 20,000 issued and paid-up share capital of the Issuer has been paid.
