Issuer Loan definition

Issuer Loan means the $350,000 subordinate loan made by the Issuer to the Borrower to finance a portion of the costs of the Project.
Issuer Loan means the loan from the Lender to the Issuer of the Principal Amount payable under the terms of Article II hereof.
Issuer Loan means a senior or subordinated loan made by the Issuer to an Asset Vehicle.

More Definitions of Issuer Loan

Issuer Loan means a loan made under an Issuer Loan Agreement.
Issuer Loan means the outstanding indebtedness of Pan- Western to the Issuer incurred by Pan-Western to enable it to make the Shareholder Loans and to make the JV Equity Contributions and funded by the Issuer with the proceeds of the Senior Secured Notes.
