Issuer Representative definition

Issuer Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its duly authorized agent. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Issuer Representative means those individuals authorized to act for the Issuer Administrator, as set forth in a list of Authorized Officers delivered by the Issuer Administrator to the Indenture Trustee, as such list may be amended from time to time by the Issuer Administrator.
Issuer Representative means any one of the persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by written certificate furnished to the Borrower and the Trustee containing the specimen signatures of such persons and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Executive Director.

More Definitions of Issuer Representative

Issuer Representative means the Director any other officer or employee of the Issuer authorized by law or by a writing signed by the Director to act as an Issuer Representative under the Indenture, a Supplemental Indenture, the Series 2017 Loan Agreement and any Additional Senior Bonds Loan Agreement.
Issuer Representative means the person(s) so designated on Schedule C hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by Issuer and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Placement Agent Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Agreement, to act as its representative under this Agreement.
