Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.

Note Holder Representative means the representative appointed by the Directing Holder under the Lead Securitization PSA, and a representative appointed by a Non-Directing Holder under a related Non-Lead Servicing Agreement, as applicable, in connection with the exercise of its rights and obligations with respect to the Mortgage Loan (including any “directing certificateholder”, “controlling class representative” or similar person acting pursuant to the applicable PSA on behalf of the Directing Holder or the Non-Directing Holder, as the case may be).
