Insurer Secured Obligations definition

Insurer Secured Obligations means all amounts and obligations which the Issuer may at any time owe to or on behalf of the Note Insurer under this Indenture, the Insurance Agreement or any other Basic Document.
Insurer Secured Obligations means, with respect to a Series, all amounts and obligations which may at any time be owed to or on behalf of Financial Security (or any agents, accountants or attorneys for Financial Security) under the Insurance Agreement related to such Series or under any Transaction Document in respect of such Series, regardless of whether such amounts are owed now or in the future, whether liquidated or unliquidated, contingent or noncontingent.
Insurer Secured Obligations means, with respect to a Series, all amounts and obligations which OFL, the Seller and such other parties as may be named therein may at any time owe or be required to perform to or on behalf of Financial Security (or any agents, accountants or attorneys for Financial Security) under the Insurance Agreement related to such Series or under any Transaction Document in respect of such Series, regardless of whether such amounts are owed or performance is due now or in the future, whether liquidated or unliquidated, contingent or non-contingent.

  • No Residual Certificateholder shall have any right to institute any proceeding, judicial or otherwise, with respect to this Indenture, or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee, or for any other remedy hereunder while any Trustee Secured Obligations or Note Insurer Secured Obligations remain outstanding.
