Italian Business definition

Italian Business has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.02 of this Agreement;
Italian Business means the Business as currently conducted by Delphi Automotive Systems Srl at Desio, Italy and to be transferred pursuant to the applicable Transfer Agreement.
Italian Business means the portion of the Target Business operated by the Seller or a Subsidiary of the Seller in Italy and comprising the Purchased Assets, the Assumed Liabilities, and the contracts with the Transferred Employees in Italy.
