Japanese Company definition

Japanese Company means any entity organized under the laws of Japan ---------------- that is not owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by an Affiliate organized under the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of Japan.
Japanese Company means a Japanese company that is incorporated or otherwise created under the laws of Japan and which Japanese company is headquartered in Japan.
Japanese Company has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
