Joint Defence Agreement definition

Joint Defence Agreement means any joint defence agreement which may be entered into between, among others, the Parties, in connection with the preservation of the confidentiality (and any privilege, right or immunity) of certain materials relating to the Parties to be exchanged and disclosed between their respective counsel;
Joint Defence Agreement means the joint defence agreement between AIC, Cobham Limited, Ultra and their respective legal counsels dated 30 July 2021, a summary of which is set out in paragraph 14 of this Announcement;
