Joint Development Subcommittee definition

Joint Development Subcommittee or “JDS” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1.
Joint Development Subcommittee has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 4.2.3.

  • Within two (2) weeks following the Effective Date, the JSC will form the following subcommittees to govern and monitor their collaboration with respect to Co-Development Products: (i) a Joint Development Subcommittee, (ii) a Joint Manufacturing Subcommittee, (iii) a Joint Financial Subcommittee as well as any other subcommittee that the Parties deem appropriate.

  • The JSC shall have ultimate responsibility to establish one or more subcommittees from time to time as and when it deems appropriate to oversee specific aspects of the Development, Regulatory Approval and manufacturing of Products, for example a Joint Development Subcommittee (“JDC”) and a Joint Manufacturing Subcommittee.

  • In addition, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Joint Development Subcommittee, the Co-Formulation Development Plan shall include the use of JR051 as the Co-Formulation Product ERT Enzyme.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
