Joint Foreign Trade Facility Agent in connection with the Joint Signature FCI acting on terms to be agreed between the Joint FCI Issuing Lenders and the Joint Foreign Trade Facility Agent pursuant to an agreement substantially in the form of Schedule 2.6(k).
