Joint Operations Board definition

Joint Operations Board means the joint board comprised of one senior representative from the Transfer Agent, one individual designated by the Funds jointly to represent their respective interests and the most senior Transfer Agent manager of the Charlotte Facility.
Joint Operations Board or 'Board' consists of the Kitsap County Operations Chiefs, a Division of the Kitsap County Fire Chiefs Association, and the Sheriff.
