Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;
Project Operational Manual or “POM” means the operational manual to be adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement and setting forth the operational requirements, criteria, institutional arrangements and operational procedures for the implementation of the Project, including, inter alia, procurement, financial management, disbursement, accounting, audit, environmental and social safeguards requirements, monitoring and evaluation arrangements, Sub-projects selection criteria, Sub-loans and Grants terms and conditions and processing procedures.
Project Operational Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.

The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, the Loan Agreement, the Subsidiary Agreement and the Project Operational Manual.
More Definitions of Project Operational Manual
Project Operational Manual means the manual satisfactory to the Association, to be revised and adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 (c) of this Agreement, setting forth the operational, maintenance and administrative procedures for the implementation of the Project.
Project Operational Manual means the manual in form and substance acceptable to the Bank, referred to in paragraph 1 (a) (i) of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and outlining policies and implementation procedures, including institutional strengthening plans, as well as monitoring guidelines for the Project and other related documents, as said manual may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operation Manual;
Project Operational Manual means the document adopted by the Recipient and satisfactory to the Association, setting forth the rules and regulations for implementation of the Project, including, inter alia, the detailed procurement, financial management and monitoring and evaluation provisions, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Operational Manual means the project operational manual adopted by the Recipient under the Original Project.
Project Operational Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s operational manual acceptable to the Association and adopted by the Recipient pursuant to Section I.E.1 of Schedule 2 of the Financing Agreement.
Project Operational Manual means the operational manual adopted by ECTEL, in April 2005, including all annexes thereto, which sets forth the policies and procedures for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank;
