Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

Project Operational Manual or “POM” means the manual prepared by the SCITC, satisfactory to the Association, and adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement and referred to in Section I.A.2 in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

The Project Implementing Entity shall maintain for the duration of the Project implementation (or until the PPA is executed), its participation in the EDD/EEP Joint Committee to conduct the necessary discussions with EEP on the PPA and on general collaboration terms for the signing of the PPA, all in accordance with the Project Operational Manual.

More Definitions of Project Operational Manual

Project Operational Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Bank, and referred to in Section 5.01(a) of this Agreement, and in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Bank.

Project Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, setting forth policies, procedures and institutional arrangements designed to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Project (other than Part 2 thereof), including the finance and accounting procedure manual, the environmental and social management manual, eligibility criteria for REA Subprojects and institutional arrangements designed to ensure the proper appraisal, approval and supervision of the REA Subprojects.

Project Operational Manual means the project operational manual satisfactory to the Bank and to be adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement.

Project Operational Manual means the operational manual adopted by ECTEL, in April 2005, including all annexes thereto, which sets forth the policies and procedures for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank;
