Joint Steering Committee or JSC definition

Joint Steering Committee or JSC means the joint steering committee to be established by the Parties as referred to in article 2.
Joint Steering Committee or JSC means the committee described in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Joint Steering Committee or JSC is defined in Section 4.1(a) (Membership).

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.
