Joint User definition

Joint User means a public utility (as a business organization, like an electric company, performing a public service and subject to special governmental regulation) which has entered into an Agreement with AT&T-22STATE providing reciprocal rights of attachment of Facilities owned by each Party to the Poles, Ducts, Conduits and ROW owned by the other Party.
Joint User means any other public utility, which shall now or hereafter have the right to use any of Licensor's poles. The term "Joint User" shall not include licensees.
