The Pre-construction Survey will be performed jointly by representatives of Licensor, Joint Owner and/or Joint User, and Licensee unless otherwise agreed to by all parties.
Licensee must obtain separate authorization from, and pay all applicable Fees and Charges to, each Licensor and any Joint Owner or Joint User of any Utility Pole.

Should the Licensor, Joint Owner or Joint User for its own service requirements need to increase its load on the Anchor to which Licensee's ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is attached, and where a larger Anchor is required that would not have been necessary but for the attachment of Licensee's ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Licensee will either rearrange its ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the Anchor or transfer it to a replacement Anchor as determined by the Licensor.
