Telecom Operator definition

Telecom Operator means any person, company or body providing or procuring the provision of any telecommunication services or facilities.
Telecom Operator a company that provides wireless service that allows End Users using a Device to access the Internet approved by Google to distribute Google Applications to End Users in the Territories.
Telecom Operator means each Connecticut municipality with the legal right under applicable law to attach its facilities to poles.

Telecom Operator means the individual, partnership, or corporation providing Telecom Service pursuant to all necessary approvals issued by PURA and under applicable law, including each domestic telephone company (as said term is defined in Connecticut General Statute 16-1(a)(24), as amended from time to time) and each telephone company (as said term is defined in Connecticut General Statute 16-1(a)(23), as amended from time to time); provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, a Telecom Operator does not include any individual, partnership, or corporation providing any one or more of the following services: (a) community antenna television service (as said term is defined in Connecticut General Statute Section 16-1, as amended from time to time), which shall be governed by a separate cable television pole attachment tariff of the Company and (b) wireless service.
