Joint Venture Partner definition

Joint Venture Partner means the Borrower or any Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns a direct Equity Interest in any Controlled Joint Venture that, or that has a Controlled Joint Venture Subsidiary that, owns or ground leases, directly or indirectly, an Unencumbered Eligible Property.
Joint Venture Partner means any entity other than a Related Body Corporate over which we have direct or indirect Control.
Joint Venture Partner means a Person that is not an Affiliate of a Credit Party that makes an investment in a Joint Venture with a Credit Party.
