The Jordan River Blueprint shall take into consideration the General Plans of public agencies having jurisdiction over the river or its adjacent lands.
The Commission shall maintain a Master Jordan River Blueprint (the “Blueprint”) that incorporates guiding principles, goals, and standards for the acquisition and protection of open space, the protection of the River, and the development or rehabilitative redevelopment of lands affecting the River.
