Journeyman Technician definition

Journeyman Technician. A worker who has successfully completed their apprenticeship training program to the satisfaction of the Joint Training Committee as a whole is entitled to Journeyman status. Journeymen can perform any work in the cable system.
Journeyman Technician shall apply to individuals who are able to install all materials and equipment related to the trade, and who are proficient in the performance of terminations, testing and documentation, and capable of properly managing Apprentices, ordering, and properly caring for materials, tools and equipment. Must maintain an active EL06 or EL01.
