Junior Membership definition

Junior Membership means the Membership applicable to persons aged between 13 and 17 (inclusive).

Examples of Junior Membership in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the foregoing, the authorization of, the increase in the authorized amount of, or the issuance of any Junior Membership Interests or Parity Membership Interests will not require the consent of the Class E Preferred Holder, and will not be deemed to adversely affect the powers, preferences or right of the holders of Blocker Preferred.

More Definitions of Junior Membership

Junior Membership means a person under the age of 18 years whom has subscribed to become a member of the SOUTHERN CAPE OLD CAR CLUB, as defined under paragraph 3.3 herein above.

  • Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.

  • Equity Member means (a) each entity with a direct interest in the Proposer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), (b) each entity proposed to have a direct interest in Developer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), and (c) each entity that will have an indirect interest in the Proposer or Developer through one or more intermediaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Proposer is a publicly traded company, shareholders with less than a 10% interest in the Proposer shall not be considered Equity Members.

  • membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Alliance as the dues payable by its members as a consequence of their membership in the Alliance, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or special levy;

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement
