Ordinary Membership definition

Ordinary Membership means membership that is open to all persons that support the objects of the Service;
Ordinary Membership means Annual and Life membership;
Ordinary Membership means Members admitted under clause 7.1b.

Ordinary Membership means SFA’s Corporate Membership for financial technology (FinTech) companies that have been registered in Singapore and have a purpose of developing, promoting or selling financial technology;

  • Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.

  • Participating Corporation means any Parent, Subsidiary or Affiliate that the Committee designates from time to time as eligible to participate in this Plan. For purposes of the Section 423 Component, only the Parent and Subsidiaries may be Participating Corporations, provided, however, that at any given time a Parent or Subsidiary that is a Participating Corporation under the Section 423 Component shall not be a Participating Corporation under the Non-Section 423 Component. The Committee may provide that any Participating Corporation shall only be eligible to participate in the Non-Section 423 Component.

  • Active military member means any person with full-time duty status in the armed forces of the United States, including members of the National Guard and Reserve.

  • Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.

  • Participating Stockholder means a “Participating Stockholder” under the HBB Stockholders’ Agreement, HY Stockholders’ Agreement and NACCO Stockholders’ Agreement, to the extent the Partnership owns HBB Class B Shares, HY Class B Shares or NACCO Class B Shares. A Partner shall cease to be a Participating Stockholder under this Agreement and shall be deemed to be a Former Partner immediately prior to any event or lapse of time that causes such Partner to no longer be a “Participating Stockholder” under such applicable stockholders’ agreements.

  • Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.
