Junior Warrant definition

Junior Warrant means the “Warrant” dated on or about 11 February 2020 between the Junior Creditor (as investor) and the Debtor (as company).
Junior Warrant means the “Warrant” dated on or about 19 December 2019 between the Junior Creditor (as investor) and the Debtor (as company).
Junior Warrant means the ‘Warrant to Purchase Ordinary Shares’ dated on or about 24 July 2020 between the Junior Creditor (as investor) and the Debtor (as company).
