Jurisdictional Wetlands definition

Jurisdictional Wetlands means Wetlands subject to the jurisdiction and regulation of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Jurisdictional Wetlands. As defined in Section 6.07(a).
Jurisdictional Wetlands. Any area of the Property which is classified as a wetland under the regulatory authority of any applicable Governmental Authority including but not limited to the Water Management District (defined below) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This definition shall apply to any area of the Property which has been formally delineated as a Jurisdictional Wetland.

  • Authority Having Jurisdiction means a federal, state, local, or other regional department, or an individual such as a fire marshal, building official, electrical inspector, utility provider or other individual having statutory authority.

  • territorial waters means territorial waters provided for under section 3 of the Maritime Zones Act;
