Jury source list means the list of all registered voters
Jury source list means the list of all registered vot- ers for any county, merged with a list of licensed drivers and identicard holders who reside in the county. The list shall specify each person's name and residence address and con- form to the methodology and standards set pursuant to the provisions of RCW 2.36.054 or by supreme court rule. The list shall be filed with the superior court by the county audi- tor.

  • Product name means the name of the commercial feed which identifies it as to kind, class or specific use.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product. A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.

  • American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number.   • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.

  • Stationary source means any building, structure, facility, or installation which emits or may emit any federally regulated air pollutant.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed.
