Kept clean definition

Kept clean which means that the inside and outside of vehicles shall be kept free of dirt, grease, grime, glue, tape (such as duct or masking tape) or other substances which are not the vehicles paint, upholstery, windows, floorboard or otherwise an integrated part of the vehicle’s body.
