Key Drop Deliveries definition

Key Drop Deliveries means deliveries completed via key drop between the time of the Store closing (or 9:00 p.m., whichever is earlier; except for any Store that normally has significant sales volumes after 9:00 p.m., then the time will be 10:00 p.m.) and Store opening (or 6:00 a.m., whichever is later).
Key Drop Deliveries has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2. “JJ” and “JJC” refer to Primary Customer
Key Drop Deliveries means deliveries by McLane during any overnight hours when no staff is present to receive deliveries at the Restaurants.

With respect to Key Drop Deliveries, title to Products will pass at the time the Products are delivered to the applicable Restaurant, unless the Products are rejected in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Article 4.9.

  • With respect to Key Drop Deliveries, unloading and delivery of the Products will occur in accordance with the unloading procedures described in Schedule 7 (Delivery: Frequency, Schedule, Route & Unloading Procedures).

Related to Key Drop Deliveries

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Termination Delivery Unit means (a) in the case of a Termination Event, an Event of Default or an Extraordinary Event (other than an Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer), one Share or (b) in the case of an Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer, a unit consisting of the number or amount of each type of property received by a holder of one Share (without consideration of any requirement to pay cash or other consideration in lieu of fractional amounts of any securities) in such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer. If a Termination Delivery Unit consists of property other than cash or New Shares and Counterparty provides irrevocable written notice to the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Closing Date that it elects to deliver cash, New Shares or a combination thereof (in such proportion as Counterparty designates) in lieu of such other property, the Calculation Agent shall replace such property with cash, New Shares or a combination thereof as components of a Termination Delivery Unit in such amounts, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion by commercially reasonable means, as shall have a value equal to the value of the property so replaced. If such Insolvency, Nationalization, Merger Event or Tender Offer involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • CTS Enabled Interface means an interface between the PJM Control Area and an adjacent Control Area at which the Office of the Interconnection has authorized the use of Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (“CTS”). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Control Area shall be designated in Schedule A to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. shall be designated consistent with Attachment 3, section 2 of the Joint Operating Agreement between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. “CTS Interface Bid” shall mean a unified real-time bid to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

Such definition shall include, but may not be limited to, any electronic cigarette, vape pen, hookah pen, cigar, cigarillo, pipe, or personal vaporizer. ENDS are not FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy devices.

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Amplification, transmission and distribution equipment means, but is not limited to, production,

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.
