Key Metrics definition

Key Metrics means “GMV” for the year ended December 31, 2019, “total registered customers” as of December 31, 2019, “total revenues” for the year ended December 31, 2019, “net income” for the year ended December 31, 2019, “inventories” as of December 31, 2019, and “net assets” as of December 31, 2019, each having the same meaning as given to such term in, or as such term was used in, the Company 2019 Preliminary Results Announcement, provided that in the case of “net assets”, such term means the excess of “total assets” over “total liabilities”, each having the same meaning as given to such term in, or as such term was used in, the Company 2019 Preliminary Results Announcement.
Key Metrics means those criteria set forth in Exhibit 1.26.
Key Metrics means cumulative Cash Flows (as defined in the Tailings Budget) from Operations (as defined in the Tailings Budget) pursuant to the Tailings Budget.

Key Metrics means the following key metrics: efficiency, provision to average total assets, liquidity, return on equity, and PPNR/total assets, in each case as established and determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • KPI means the key performance indicators as set out in Schedule 5;
