Kilometre Fee definition

Kilometre Fee means the Service Fee to be paid per each kilometre exceeding the daily (24 hours) mileage limit shown in the Mobile Application and/or Website. The Kilometre Fee shall be paid pursuant to the pricelist(s) indicated in the Mobile Application and/or Website.
Kilometre Fee means the Service Fee to be paid for exceeding the daily mileage limit of 500 kilometres.

  • Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.

  • Acre or “Acreage” means the land area of an Assessor’s Parcel as shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the land area shown on the applicable Final Map or other parcel map recorded at the County Recorder’s Office.

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land one foot deep, or about 325,851 U. S. gallons of water.

  • Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Rural area means any county with a population of fewer than twenty thousand individuals. "Small business concern," as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates, that is

  • Water Year means the period commencing with October 1 of 1 year 20 and extending through September 30 of the next; and

  • LOT FRONTAGE means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Distance means the great circle distance between the aerodrome of departure and the aerodrome of arrival plus an additional fixed factor of 95 km; and

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Halfway house means a facility licensed by the division of parole and community services of the department of rehabilitation and correction pursuant to section 2967.14 of the Revised Code as a suitable facility for the care and treatment of adult offenders.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • County-adjusted property tax base per square mile means the county-adjusted property tax base divided by the number of square miles of land area in the county.
