Komatsu Service definition

Komatsu Service means Komatsu’s nominated servicing establishment; Machine means the Komatsu equipment upon which the Service are performed and where the context so requires, may include non- Komatsu equipment upon which Service are performed; Maintenance Program means the program, specified by the OEM and/ or Komatsu, that details the processes, methods and Your responsibilities for Machine or Parts maintenance and includes the Manuals provided with the Machine; Manuals means any operation, service or other manual or instruction or recommendation or other information supplied to You by the OEM or Komatsu in relation to the Machine; Non-Komatsu Attachments means an attachment to or supplied with the Machine which is not manufactured by Komatsu or any member of the Komatsu group of companies; OEM means the manufacturer of the Machine or attachment (as the context requires); Part means the parts provided to You by Komatsu in connection with the Service excluding those parts covered by Komatsu Machine Extended Powertrain and New Parts warranties or covered by any OEM warranty for Non-Komatsu attachments and excludes Consumables; Required Documents includes all documents relevant to the Machine including without limitation, Warranty registration documents, proof of purchase documents, commissioning documents and maintenance records; Service means any service or repair of specified equipment supplied under a Komatsu service invoice.
Komatsu Service means Komatsu’s nominated servicing establishment; Machine means the Komatsu equipment in which a Part is designed to be installed; Maintenance Program means the program, specified by the OEM and/ or Komatsu, that details the processes, methods and Your responsibilities for Machine and Parts maintenance and includes the Manuals provided by Komatsu with the Machine; Manuals means any operation, service or other manual or instruction or recommendation or other information supplied to You by the OEM or Komatsu in relation to the Part or any Machine in which it is fitted; Non-Komatsu Attachments means an attachment to or supplied with the Machine which is not manufactured by Komatsu or any member of the Komatsu group of companies; OEM means the manufacturer of the Machine or Part (as the context requires); Part means the new part purchased by You from Komatsu excluding those parts covered by Komatsu Standard Machine and Machine Extended Powertrain warranties and excludes Consumables; Required Documents includes all documents relevant to the Machine including without limitation, Warranty registration documents, proof of purchase documents, commissioning documents and maintenance records; Sale Date means the earlier of either: (A) the date You take possession of the Part; or (B) the date you pay for the Part; Warranty means this document; Warranty Period means twelve (12) months from the Sale Date;
Komatsu Service means Komatsu’s nominated servicing establishment; Machine means the Komatsu equipment and attachments (if any) specified in the Acknowledgement and includes Parts for such equipment and attachments but excludes Non-Komatsu Attachments; Maintenance Program means the program, specified by the OEM and/ or Komatsu, that details the processes, methods and Your responsibilities for Machine maintenance and includes the Manuals provided by Komatsu with the Machine; Manuals means any operation, service or other manual or instruction or recommendation or other information supplied to You by the OEM or Komatsu in relation to the Machine; Non-Komatsu Attachments means an attachment to or supplied with the Machine which is not manufactured by Komatsu or any member of the Komatsu group of companies; OEM means the manufacturer of the Machine or attachment (as the context requires); Part means the parts and assemblies for the Machine excluding those parts covered by Komatsu Machine Extended Powertrain and New Parts warranties or covered by any OEM warranty for Non-Komatsu attachments and excludes Consumables; Required Documents includes all documents relevant to the Machine including without limitation, Warranty registration documents, proof of purchase documents, commissioning documents and maintenance records; Sale Date means the earlier of either: (A) the date You pay for the Machine; or (B) whichever later of the date of delivery of the Machine to You or (if applicable) the date on which Komatsu notifies You that the Machine is commissioned; Warranty means this document; Warranty Period means twelve (12) months from the Sale Date;

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
