  • Please note that rights under the Australian Consumer Law are limited in circumstances where the purchaser of a Kubota Product is not a "consumer" for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law.

  • The cost of any freight and insurance of any Kubota Product returned to KNZ will be paid by KNZ only if returned at KNZ’s written request.

  • In the case where a Kubota Authorised Dealer is unavailable, written authorisation must be obtained by KNZ's Service Department prior to commencement of any work to the Kubota Product.

  • In order to maintain the warranty coverage under these Warranty Conditions, the Purchaser must ensure that the Kubota Product is serviced according to the KNZ service schedule, or in the case of low hour usage at least once per 12 month period within the warranty period, by the Kubota Authorised Dealer who sold the unit to the Purchaser or another Kubota Authorised Dealer, in accordance with the relevant Operator's Manual.

  • The warranties stated in these Warranty Conditions commence on the date of delivery of the Kubota Product to the original purchaser for the period specified in the Warranty Schedule.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
