  • For the purposes of subsection (1), the LA Act is to be read as requiring the consent of the CALM Act Minister for the LA Act Minister to determine or vary, under the LA Act section 79(1)(c), a condition of a lease referred to in subsection (1) that relates to or affects the conservation of flora and fauna on the reserve.
