Laboratory employee definition

Laboratory employee means any person directly employed by the laboratory for wages, salary, barter, or trade by the laboratory and who is not employed by any other licensee under the Act except for another testing laboratory. Laboratory employee does not mean independent contractor, third party entity or any other entity acting on behalf of the laboratory.
