Laboratory Reporting Limit definition

Laboratory Reporting Limit means the lowest concentration at which an analyte can be detected in a sample of environmental media by a Connecticut certified laboratory, and which concentration can be reported with a reasonable degree of accuracy and precision pursuant to section 22a-133k-1(h) of the RSRs.
